§ 62-107. Conditions of operation.

(a)

No carnival shall be open for business from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 noon.

(b)

There shall be present at all times at the carnival a supervisor at least 21 years of age.

(c)

No person operating a carnival shall allow the operation of any sound equipment at any place or in any manner that will disturb the peace and quiet of persons residing in any residential building or operating in any business building located within 400 feet of the premises on which such carnival is located.
