§ 62-77. Conditions of operation.

(a)

No dance establishment shall be open for business during the following hours:

(1)

From 12:00 midnight to 12:00 noon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; and

(2)

From 1:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturdays and Sundays.

(b)

There shall be present at all times at the dance establishment a supervisor at least 21 years of age.

(c)

No person operating a dance establishment shall allow the operation of any sound equipment at any place or in any manner that will disturb the peace and quiet of persons residing in any residential building or operating in any business building located within 400 feet of the premises on which such dance establishment is located.
