§ 62-44. Issuance of permit; nonassignability.

(a)

The city secretary shall issue a permit after the city secretary has completed the necessary investigation and determined that the applicant meets the requirements of and has fully complied with this article and with all other ordinances and laws of the city and state.

(b)

Permits shall be deemed personal to the permittee and shall not be assignable or transferable from one person to another or one location or place of business to another.
