§ 58-37. Driving safety course, fee.

There is hereby created an administrative fee to be imposed at the sole discretion of the municipal court judge of an amount not to exceed $10.00 to be levied against any person requesting a driving safety course authorized under V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 543.101. This fee is to be paid at the time the driving safety course is granted and not thereafter. This fee is authorized under V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 543.106, and is not refundable. This fee applies to requests for driving safety courses that are made on or after September 1, 1987.
