§ 58-4. Authority to issue citations.

Latest version.

Each of the following employees shall have the power to issue citations for violation of city ordinances that such employee is charged with the responsibility of enforcing:
(1)

Chief building inspector.

(2)

Building inspector.

(3)

Code enforcement officer.

(4)

Environmental inspector.

(5)

Animal control officer.

(6)

Fire investigator.

(7)

Fire inspector.
