§ 54-100. Fuel supply and storage.

(a)

Natural gas system:

(1)

Natural gas piping systems shall be installed and maintained in accordance with applicable codes and regulations governing such systems.

(2)

Each travel trailer space provided with piped gas shall have an approved manual shutoff valve installed upstream of the gas outlet. The outlet shall be equipped with an approved cap to prevent accidental discharge of gas when the outlet is not in use.

(b)

Liquefied petroleum gas systems: Liquefied petroleum gas systems for trailer units shall be maintained in accordance with applicable codes governing such systems [and] the regulations of the Texas Railroad Commission pertaining thereto.
