§ 54-4. Same—Residence lot size and minimum term for such variance.

  • (a)

    No application for a variance to this chapter for hardship cases or otherwise shall be accepted for the placing of any mobile home on any residential lot containing less than 20,000 square feet.

    (b)

    The administrative officials of the city are directed to turn down any such application on a lot containing less than 20,000 square feet without further action on the part of any city board, commission or agency.

    (c)

    On lots containing at least 20,000 square feet, the council shall grant no variance in excess of one year.
