§ 54-2. Requirements for mobile home subdivision.

Any development of mobile homes as a mobile home subdivision shall be governed by the provisions of the zoning and subdivision ordinances of the city pertinent thereto, except that the minimum living area of each unit must be at least 450 square feet.
