§ 54-17. Same—Right of entry.

The building official shall have the power to enter at reasonable times upon any private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to the enforcement of this chapter. It shall be the duty of the licensee or his agent to give the building official free access to all lots at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection.
