Whenever, upon inspection of any mobile home park or travel trailer park, the building
official finds that conditions or practices exist which are in violation of any provision
of this chapter, he shall give notice in writing in accordance with section 54-20 to the licensee that unless such conditions or practices are corrected within a reasonable
period of time specified in said notice, the license shall he suspended. At the end
of such period, the building official shall reinspect such park and, if such conditions
or practices have not been corrected, he shall suspend the license and give notice
in writing of such suspension, and the licensee shall cease operation of such park,
except as provided in section 54-21.
