§ 50-79. Operating without certificate and license unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, operate or maintain a motor vehicle junkyard or business without procuring a certificate of approval and holding a license therefor, as hereinabove provided, and each day of such operation without such certificate or license shall constitute a separate offense.
