§ 50-73. Application for certificate of approval.

  • Application for a certificate of approval required by section 50-72 hereof shall be made to the city council and shall set forth the following information: the name and address of the applicant; the trade name under which the applicant does or proposes to do business; the location where such business is to be conducted; if the applicant is a firm or corporation, its organization and personnel; the size of the territory the applicant proposes to allot such business; that the interest of the city requires the establishing, operating or maintaining of such yard or business at the location designated; and any other information as may be required by the city council.
