§ 50-33. Keeping declared unlawful; enforcement.

(a)

A person commits an offense if the person maintains a public nuisance described by section 50-32. An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.00. Each day an offense occurs shall be a separate offense. The court shall order abatement and removal of the junked vehicle upon conviction.

(b)

The penalties and remedies in this section shall be in lieu of the abatement procedures set forth in section 50-34.
