§ 50-1. Penalty for violation of chapter.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or cause or permit anyone to violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed the sum of $200.00. Each and every day that any violation of this chapter or any part thereof shall occur shall be considered to be a separate and distinct offense and punishable as such.
