§ 46-36. Statutory authority.

This Ordinance is enacted by The City of Haltom City, Texas ("this Jurisdiction"), pursuant to Tex. Health and Safety Code § 773.051, which provides that local governments may establish standards for ambulances, and pursuant to Tex. Government Code Chapter 791, which authorizes combinations of local governmental units to contract for the provision of governmental services, including the creation of administrative agencies to promote public health and welfare.
