§ 42-22. Permit denial.
(a)
It shall be unlawful to misrepresent any fact or statement made in any application for a permit, and any misrepresentation of any person for the purpose of avoiding the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to the other penalties prescribed by law, be cause for the denial of a permit application or the revocation of a permit.
(b)
The city shall deny an application for a permit if it finds any of the following to be true:
(1)
The applicant fails to furnish the city information required by article I of this chapter;
(2)
The applicant has not complied with the bond or insurance requirements of this chapter; or
(3)
The present collection service is adequate.
