§ 42-17. Preparation of brush, tree limbs and cuttings.

(a)

A person shall prepare brush, tree limbs and cuttings in bundles not more than three feet in length in order to receive regular collection service.

(b)

The city or its contractor may arrange for the collection of tree limbs and hedge cuttings which do not meet the requirements of subsection (a).
