§ 34-46. Right of entry and to stop construction.

The fire chief or his representatives shall have power to enter upon the premises where any fire has occurred in order to investigate the origin of the fire, and he shall have power to stop the construction or reconstruction of any building when the same is being done in violation of any city ordinance.
