§ 34-9. Arsonist conviction reward—Amount, appropriation.

(a)

The city hereby offers a reward of $250.00 for the arrest and conviction of any person found guilty of committing the crime of arson within the city.

(b)

This reward is a standing offer, and shall be paid out of the general fund of the city, which amount is hereby appropriated.
