§ 34-1. Water mains and fire hydrants in developments—Compliance with state requirements.

All persons who desire to erect, construct or reconstruct residential, commercial, or industrial buildings on lots, tracts, or parcels of land in the city shall install all water mains, lines, and fire hydrants to conform with the state board of insurance requirements.
