§ 30-31. Tax assessor and collector—Office created.

The office of tax assessor and collector of the city is created. The tax assessor and collector shall possess such qualifications as are required by the city manager and shall have such deputies as may be provided by the city. The tax assessor and collector shall be appointed by the city manager.
