§ 2-389. Power of inspector.

In the execution of an enforcement order, the inspector may call to his aid any number of citizens in the city who shall be bound to aid in the execution of same. Any person interfering with the execution of a lawful enforcement order issued pursuant to this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
