§ 2-110. Procedural matters.

The following matters shall be governed by the procedures contained in the provisions of division 1 of article II of this chapter:
(1)

Nominations and appointments to the board;

(2)

Terms of office of board members;

(3)

Filling of vacancies on the board;

(4)

Removal of board members; and

(5)

Procedures for and frequency of board meetings.
