§ 2-204. Disposition of revenues.

  • All revenues derived from fire safety related activities which are under the direct control of the city shall be deposited to the city general fund and utilized to support related activities to the extent of citywide needs as determined by the city council during the annual budgeting of funds for all city departments. Expenditures for the fire services board that are over $200.00 shall be presented to the fire chief and city manager for approval. Expenditures of $1,000.00 or greater shall also require approval of the city council.
