§ 10-11. Number of pets permitted on residential property.

Pet animals in the city are restricted to the following numbers:
(1)

A maximum of four pet animals, four months old or older, are permitted on one-family residentially zoned property.

(2)

A maximum of two pet animals, four months or older, are permitted in each dwelling unit of a duplex or multi-family residential property. Nothing in this section shall prevent the management of rental property from prohibiting pet animals on the property.

(3)

Violators of this section will be given ten days to comply following oral or written notice from the city. Each day after ten days shall constitute a separate and individual violation until compliance is achieved.
